We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to our global clientele (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over AUD $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking included

International Shipping Notes

For our international customers:

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
  • We cannot ship to certain Asian and remote locations

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from our collections. If something isn’t quite right, our boutique-style returns process makes it easy to exchange or return eligible items.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bikini Bottoms, Bikini Tops, and Bodysuits unless they arrive defective or not as described.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our boutique at:

  5. Track Your Package: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • For PayPal payments: Refunds typically appear within 24 hours of processing
  • For credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

Want to exchange your Blazer for a different size? Prefer Denim Skirts instead of Cargo Pants? We make exchanges easy:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email which item you’d like instead (including size/color)
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Fashion Tops or other items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement.
