Our boutique-style returns policy is designed with your convenience in mind while maintaining the premium quality you expect from our BASICS, CO-ORD SETS, and other fashion-forward pieces.

Our Return Policy

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bikini Bottoms, Bikini Tops, and Bodysuits unless they arrive defective or not as described.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our boutique at:

  5. Track Your Package: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending your new item once we receive the returned product.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • For PayPal payments: Refunds typically appear within 24 hours of processing
  • For credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

Want to exchange your Blazer for a different size? Prefer Denim Skirts instead of Cargo Pants? We make exchanges easy:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email which item you’d like instead (including size/color)
  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Fashion Tops or other items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement.

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Customs fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency
